Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Place peaches in a skillet and stir in sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.
Mix flour, salts, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Spread topping over peaches and bake for 50-60 minutes until bubbling and crisp.
Cool for 30 minutes, then serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
