A deliciously warm peach crumble perfect for showcasing fresh or frozen peaches, topped with a buttery, spiced crumb.

Ingredients

Peach Filling

  • 6-7 cups fresh peaches (can use frozen peaches)
  • 75 g granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch Kosher salt

Crumb Topping

  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 150 g packed light brown sugar
  • 75 g granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

Additional

  • Vanilla ice cream or homemade whipped cream

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Place peaches in a skillet and stir in sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.
  • Mix flour, salts, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  • Spread topping over peaches and bake for 50-60 minutes until bubbling and crisp.
  • Cool for 30 minutes, then serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

Let the crumble rest before serving for best texture.
