Deliciously rich and moist sugar-free brownies perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings without the added sugar.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (see post for alternatives)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.75 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 17 tbsp Butter (melted) (one cup plus one tablespoon before melting)
  • 3 eggs Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 cups Splenda (or sugar alternative) (see post for alternatives)
  • 1 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cocoa powder.
  • Combine melted butter and sugar alternative; add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  • Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture; fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into pan; bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool before cutting.

Notes

Ensure not to overbake; brownies should be moist and set.
