Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a skillet or baking dish.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and 0.75 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and lemon juice.
Gradually add dry ingredients and Greek yogurt to wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in chopped strawberries.
Pour batter into prepared skillet. Top with remaining sugar and sliced strawberries if desired. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
For a richer flavor, sprinkle some powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
