Instructions
Rinse rice, combine with water, and cook until tender (15 minutes).
Whisk honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make sauce.
Cook chicken in skillet until browned (5-6 minutes), then add sauce and cook 2 more minutes.
Stir-fry vegetables in the same skillet for 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Combine chicken, vegetables, and sauce; serve over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
