Enjoy these fresh and flavorful summer wraps filled with roast beef, peaches, and herbs for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 3 lb roast beef – I used a Top Round Roast Beef

Produce

  • 1 each avocado (sliced)
  • 2 peaches peach and tomato salad (sliced very thin)
  • 1 red onion red onion (sliced very thin)
  • 4-5 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeno jalapeno (sliced thin)
  • a handful fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • a handful fresh oregano leaves (chopped)

Other ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (¾ tsp in recipe, rounded to 1 tsp)
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Flatbreads

Instructions 

  • Spread teriyaki sauce and balsamic glaze on flatbreads.
  • Layer sliced roast beef, peaches, avocado, red onion, garlic, jalapeno, and herbs on the flatbreads.
  • Drizzle with honey and olive oil, then roll up the wraps.
  • Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust spice level to taste.
