Dressing

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Mix olive oil, vinegar, honey, yogurt, poppy seeds, and salt to make the dressing.
Toast sunflower seeds and almonds in a pan for 30-45 seconds until fragrant.
Shred chicken, chop lettuce, slice strawberries, and thinly slice onion.
Combine rice, chicken, berries, strawberries, and onion; top with seeds and nuts.
Pour dressing over and toss gently. Serve immediately.
