A refreshing and healthy berry smoothie perfect for hot summer days. Packed with fresh fruits and creamy yogurt, it's quick to make and delicious.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup raspberries

Liquid

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or dairy milk)

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

Sweetener

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Taste and add more honey if desired, then blend briefly.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, add more ice or freeze the berries beforehand.
