A delicious baked pasta dish filled with a creamy cheese mixture and spinach, topped with marinara and melted cheese.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil shells in salted water for about 13 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
Cook garlic in olive oil for 1 minute, add spinach and cook until wilted. Cool slightly.
Mix ricotta, seasonings, half of mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, egg, and cooled spinach.
Fill shells with cheese mixture, place in baking dish, top with remaining marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes, uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use fresh spinach for best flavor and consider preparing in advance for easier assembly.
