A delicious breakfast featuring crispy stuffed French toast wraps filled with creamy yogurt and fresh berries, perfect for a sweet start to your day.

Ingredients

Eggs and Dairy

  • 3 pieces eggs (beaten)
  • ¼ cup milk of your choice
  • 1 ½ cups siggi’s plain skyr yogurt
  • ¼ cup cherry chia jam (or preserves of your choice)

Dry ingredients and flavorings

  • 2 tsp teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ tsp teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch salt

Tortillas and toppings

  • 8 pieces medium (8 inch whole wheat tortillas)
  • Butter or oil (for cooking) Butter or oil (for greasing pan)
  • 2 cups cups fruit of your choice
  • Powdered sugar (crushed nuts and hemp hearts for serving, optional) Powdered sugar and toppings (optional)

Instructions 

  • Beat eggs with milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip tortillas in egg mixture and pan-fry until golden, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Roll up the cooked tortillas, then fill with yogurt, chia jam, and fruit.
  • Top with additional yogurt, berries, and optional toppings before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle crushed nuts or hemp hearts on top before serving.
