Delight in these rich and fruity strawberry truffles, perfect for a sweet treat or gift.

Ingredients

White Chocolate

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips ((340 grams))
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped ((226 grams))

Instructions 

  • Heat heavy cream until simmering, pour over white chocolate, and let sit 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 3/4 cup crushed strawberries and vanilla; stir until smooth. Chill for 2 hours.
  • Form mixture into 1-inch balls, freeze 30 minutes.
  • Melt dark chocolate until smooth. Dip frozen truffles in chocolate, then sprinkle with remaining strawberries.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
