A fresh and vibrant salsa combining sweet strawberries and mango with zesty lime and spicy jalapeño, perfect for dipping or topping.

Ingredients

Diced Fruits and Vegetables

  • 1 large lime (for zest and juice)
  • 1.5 teaspoons honey (plus more as needed)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and diced)
  • 1.5 cups ripe mango (peeled and diced)
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeño (finely minced)
  • 1/3 cup red onion (finely diced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
  • Chips Chips (or cinnamon-sugar pita) (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Zest and juice the lime. Whisk lime juice, zest, honey, and salt in a bowl.
  • Dice strawberries, mango, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro. Mix with the lime mixture until well-coated.
  • Taste and adjust flavors with more lime juice or salt if desired.
  • Let the salsa rest for 10–15 minutes to meld flavors. Toss before serving.
  • Serve with chips or pita for dipping.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor.
