Instructions
Zest and juice the lime. Whisk lime juice, zest, honey, and salt in a bowl.
Dice strawberries, mango, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro. Mix with the lime mixture until well-coated.
Taste and adjust flavors with more lime juice or salt if desired.
Let the salsa rest for 10–15 minutes to meld flavors. Toss before serving.
Serve with chips or pita for dipping.
