A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken coated in a sticky garlic sauce served over noodles.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

Noodles

  • 8 oz noodles (rice or egg noodles)

Garnish

  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes to make the sauce.
  • Toss chicken with cornstarch to coat evenly.
  • Cook chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Add sauce to chicken, simmer until thick and sticky, 2-3 minutes.
  • Cook noodles until tender, drain, then toss with chicken and sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or a squeeze of lime before serving.
