Ingredients

Iceberg or butter lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Instructions
Cook turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
Add garlic and green onions; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, and ginger; coat evenly.
Mix in water chestnuts and peanuts; cook for 1-2 minutes.
Rinse and dry lettuce leaves; spoon turkey mixture into each leaf. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use large lettuce leaves for easy wrapping and adjust chili paste to taste for spiciness.
