Enjoy these flavorful spicy buffalo chicken wraps, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal for two.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 12 oz chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 0.75 cup hot sauce
  • 30 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large flour tortillas, 10-inch
  • 50 g shredded lettuce
  • 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 60 ml ranch dressing
  • 50 g small carrot, julienned
  • 40 g celery stalk, thinly sliced

Instructions 

  • If you don t have cooked chicken, poach or grill chicken breasts for about 12 minutes, then cool and shred.
  • Melt butter, whisk with hot sauce and garlic powder. Toss in shredded chicken and coat evenly.
  • Chop lettuce, carrots, and celery. Warm tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, add chicken mixture, then top with lettuce, carrots, celery, and cheese. Roll up tightly and cut in half.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the seam side of the wraps in a skillet before serving.
