0.25cuplime juice, freshly squeezed

Tortillas
6largeflour tortillas 10-12 inch
Cheese
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese
Vegetables & Toppings
1eachavocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
0.5cupcorn kernels, fresh or frozen thawed
0.5cupblack beans, rinsed and drained
0.25cupred onion, thinly sliced
0.25cupfresh cilantro, chopped
0.5cupsour cream or Greek yogurt
0.25cupsalsa(your favorite kind)

Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne (if using), salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, then grill over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice or shred.
Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave. Spread sour cream on each, add cheese, chicken, avocado, corn, beans, red onion, salsa, and cilantro. Add jalapeƱos if desired.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Cut in half and serve immediately or wrap for later.
