A moist and flavorful peach bread perfect for breakfast or a snack, combining fresh peaches with a tender crumb.

Ingredients

Peaches

  • 1 cup peaches, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk oil, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in peaches.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 55-65 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
