Ingredients

Instructions
Rinse the rice under cold water until clear.
Heat butter or olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Pour in water or broth, add salt, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
