Ingredients

Riceberry

  • 100 grams Riceberry (about 1 US cup)
  • 200 grams water (1 2/3 US cups)

Instructions 

  • Add riceberry and water to a pot, cover and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until steam escapes, about 20 minutes.
  • Turn off heat and let it steam for 10 minutes with lid on.
  • Fluff the rice with a spoon and serve.

Notes

Rinsing the rice before cooking can improve texture and remove excess starch.
