Instructions
Soak a rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10-15 seconds until soft, then lay on a damp surface.
Place vegetables, protein, and herbs on the lower third of the wrapper.
Fold sides and roll tightly from bottom to top.
Repeat with remaining wrappers and fillings.
Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
