Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), grease and flour a bundt pan.
Mix dry ingredients; in another bowl, beat sugar and oil, add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, vinegar, and food coloring. Combine with dry ingredients.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool before inverting.
Beat cream cheese and butter, add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt to make frosting.
Decorate cooled cake with frosting, cranberries, rosemary, and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
