Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour cake pans.
Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and food coloring. Divide batter into pans.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and butter, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla to make frosting.
Frost cooled cake layers. Serve and enjoy!
