Colorful and delicious, these veggie pinwheels are perfect for a quick snack or lunch.
Ingredients
Tortillas

tortillas

whipped cream cheese
(can use light)

dry ranch powder
(store bought optional)

thinly sliced red bell pepper strips

thinly sliced carrot strips

thinly sliced yellow bell pepper strips

baby spinach leaves

shredded purple cabbage

Instructions
Mix cream cheese and ranch powder until smooth.
Spread over tortillas evenly.
Layer vegetables and chicken on tortillas, leaving 1 inch border.
Roll tightly and seal with extra cream cheese if needed.
Cut into pinwheels and serve.
