A delicious and hearty lasagna perfect for feeding a crowd with minimal fuss.
Ingredients
Noodles

pound
lasagna noodles
Meat

pound
ground beef
Sauce

jar
marinara sauce
(24 ounces)
Cheese

container
ricotta cheese
(15 ounces)
1
egg
egg
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
to taste
Salt and pepper

shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles, then brown beef and mix with sauce.
Mix ricotta with egg and seasonings. Layer meat sauce, noodles, ricotta, and cheese in a baking dish.
Repeat layers, top with remaining cheese, cover with foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the layers ahead of time for quicker assembly.
