These easy, no-bake protein balls are perfect for a quick, low-carb snack packed with chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

chocolate protein powder

cacao powder

salt
Wet Ingredients

sunflower seed butter

vanilla extract

water or milk
Chocolate Coating

dark chocolate

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients until smooth.
Add wet ingredients, form a dough, then chill in freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil, then coat each ball.
Sprinkle with sea salt and chill until set.
