These easy, no-bake protein balls are perfect for a quick, low-carb snack packed with chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • Pinch salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2–4 tablespoons water or milk

Chocolate Coating

  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaked sea salt sea salt flakes

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients until smooth.
  • Add wet ingredients, form a dough, then chill in freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil, then coat each ball.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and chill until set.
