Pasta

Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
Wash and hull strawberries; cut in halves, reserving a few for garnish.
Mix strawberries with honey, sour cream, and vanilla; mash to desired consistency.
Combine pasta with strawberry sauce; serve immediately or chilled.
Garnish with strawberry slices, mint leaves, and almond flakes before serving.
Notes
For a smoother sauce, blend strawberries thoroughly; for a chunkier texture, mash roughly.
