A moist and flavorful mango cake that combines fresh fruit puree with classic baking ingredients for a tropical treat.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
Whisk dry ingredients together and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs, vanilla, and mango puree.
Mix in dry ingredients until just combined, fold in optional mix-ins.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 35–40 minutes. Cool before serving.
