A delicious and healthy treat combining bananas, yogurt, peanut butter, and chocolate for a satisfying snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Bananas

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas (sliced into bite-sized pieces)

Yogurt

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (thick and creamy)

Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy)

Nuts

  • 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts (chopped)

Sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)

Chocolate

  • 4 oz dark chocolate (at least 55% cacao)

Coconut Oil

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or vegetable oil)

Instructions 

  • Peel and slice bananas; set aside.
  • Mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Dip banana slices in yogurt mixture, then place on a lined tray.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
  • Dip coated bananas in melted chocolate, then freeze for 2 hours.
  • Let sit at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality dark chocolate and ripe bananas.
