Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.33 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry, mix gently until just combined.
  • Heat skillet, lightly grease, and pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.
