Ingredients

Peach Filling

  • 1 lb peaches (frozen) (about 2 cups, sliced into 1-inch cubes)
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.25 cup organic maple syrup
  • 0.75 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt

Cornstarch Mixture

  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 1.25 teaspoons organic cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons organic maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon water

Tortillas

  • 6 pieces Almond Flour Tortillas (at room temperature)

Additional

  • extra peach pie filling
  • sprinkle cinnamon
  • as desired fresh fruit

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking pad.
