Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and refrigerate.
Mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and cornstarch; sprinkle half on pastry.
Arrange peach slices over the pastry, sprinkle remaining cinnamon mixture.
Fold edges over filling, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sugar, and drizzle butter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbling. Cool slightly before serving.
