Delight in these easy-to-make ice cream tacos filled with peach flavor and topped with caramel and whipped cream for a perfect summer treat.

Instructions
If making your own, cook waffle batter until golden, mold, and cool. Otherwise, use store-bought shells.
Let peach ice cream soften for 5-10 minutes, then scoop into each waffle shell.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the ice cream scoops.
Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and serve immediately.
