Delight in these easy-to-make ice cream tacos filled with peach flavor and topped with caramel and whipped cream for a perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

Waffle shells

  • 4 pieces Waffle shells (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 pint cup Peach ice cream (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon tsp Cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons tbsp Caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup cup Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions 

  • If making your own, cook waffle batter until golden, mold, and cool. Otherwise, use store-bought shells.
  • Let peach ice cream soften for 5-10 minutes, then scoop into each waffle shell.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the ice cream scoops.
  • Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of honey.
