Instructions
Season the chicken thighs with chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per side.
Add sliced peaches, honey, and lemon juice to the skillet; cook for another 5 minutes until peaches are tender and sauce thickens.
