passata

frozen sweetcorn

uncooked long-grain rice

Instructions
Cook ground beef and diced onion in a skillet until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Stir in spices, then add peppers, passata, corn, and rice. Mix well.
Pour in water or stock, bring to boil, then simmer covered for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender.
Turn off heat, let rest covered for 10-12 minutes.
Stir in quark and cheese until melted. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust spice levels to taste and serve with extra toppings if desired.
