Instructions
Cook ground beef and diced onion in a skillet until browned and softened.
Add spices and seasonings, then stir to coat the meat evenly.
Mix in peppers, passata, sweetcorn, and rice until combined.
Pour in water or stock, bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is cooked.
Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
Stir in quark and cheese until creamy, then top with spring onions and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or chopped cilantro before serving.
