Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1.25 cups Milk
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon White sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Create a well and add milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until smooth.
  • Heat a greased griddle over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra fluffiness, let the batter rest for a few minutes before cooking.
