Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oat Flour (Use certified gluten-free for gluten-free version.)
  • 1 cup Walnuts (Can substitute with pecans or sunflower seeds.)
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (Use dairy-free for a vegan option.)

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soft Medjool Dates (Soak hard dates in hot water to soften.)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional but recommended.)
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp Water (Add more if the mixture is too dry.)

Instructions 

  • Combine oat flour, walnuts, and sea salt in a food processor.
  • Add soaked dates, vanilla extract, and water; blend until mixture is sticky and well combined.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Form mixture into 12 small balls and place on a tray.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
