Enjoy these easy, homemade no-bake granola bars that are perfect for a quick snack or breakfast on the go.
Ingredients
Base ingredients

creamy peanut butter

honey

light brown sugar

kosher salt

pure vanilla extract

puffed rice cereal
(like Rice Krispies or puffed brown rice)

old fashioned rolled oats

mix-ins
(reserve some to sprinkle on top)
Instructions
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Combine peanut butter, honey, brown sugar, and salt in a saucepan; heat until softened, 2-3 minutes. Stir in vanilla.
Mix cereal and oats in a large bowl. Pour in peanut butter mixture and fold to combine. Add some mix-ins to press into the top if desired.
Press mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle reserved mix-ins on top and press down evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Slice into 16 bars and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
Press the mixture firmly into the pan for best shape and texture.
