These delicious no-bake treats combine oats, coconut, and chocolate for a quick, healthy snack or dessert.

Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Mix nut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine melted chocolate with nut butter mixture.
Stir in oats, coconut, and optional add-ins. Scoop onto sheet and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
