Ingredients

Peach Mixture

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup milk

Cream Filling

  • 0.5 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine peaches with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice; set aside.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter and milk; stir until smooth.
  • Layer peach mixture and batter in dessert cups, starting with peaches.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Mix cream cheese, whipped cream, and vanilla until smooth. Top each cup with the filling and serve immediately.
