Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies (excluding mini Oreos) into fine crumbs and set aside.
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
Gently fold in crushed Oreo cookies, then spoon or pipe into mini cups and top each with a mini Oreo.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
