Ingredients

Cookies

  • 1 package 14 oz Oreo cookies (reserve 24 mini Oreos for topping)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • 24 mini plastic cups with lids 2 oz size

Instructions 

  • Crush the Oreo cookies (excluding mini Oreos) into fine crumbs and set aside.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
  • Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
  • Gently fold in crushed Oreo cookies, then spoon or pipe into mini cups and top each with a mini Oreo.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
