A quick and healthy appetizer featuring creamy avocados filled with a flavorful tuna salad inspired by Mediterranean flavors.

Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped

Instructions
Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop out some flesh to create a bowl.
Mix tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion, parsley, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill avocado halves with the tuna mixture and press gently.
Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
