Instructions
Heat oil and add mustard seeds, chilies, urad dal, chana dal, and curry leaves. Roast until golden.
Add onions and cook until translucent. Mix in mango and spices, cook for 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice and salt, toss well, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
