Ingredients

Rice and Broth

  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice (Avoid using regular long-grain rice for best results.)

Coconut Milk

  • 0.33 cup Coconut Milk (Canned offers the best flavor.)

Lime Juice

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice (Use fresh limes instead of bottled juice.)

Fruit

  • 1 medium Ripe Mango (Choose perfectly ripe mangoes for optimal flavor.)

Herbs and Toppings

  • 0.25 cups Fresh Cilantro (Roughly chopped for flavor.)

Instructions 

  • Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water.
