Delight in these sweet and tangy mango crumb bars with a buttery crust and crumb topping, perfect for a summer treat.
Ingredients

(must be cold)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix mango chunks, sugar, and corn starch; set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Mix brown sugar, egg, and vanilla; add to dry mixture. Press two-thirds into pan.
Spread mango mixture over crust, then sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake 35-40 mins.
Cool, then cut into 9 bars and serve.
Notes
Ensure butter is cold for best crumb texture.
