Ingredients

  • 1-2 pieces ripe avocados (diced)
  • ½ small red onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½–1 jalapeño minced jalapeño
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Pinch cumin (optional)

Instructions 

  • Dice mango and avocado; chop onion and cilantro; mince jalapeño.
  • Combine mango, avocado, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl.
  • Add lime juice, salt, and cumin (if using); stir gently to combine.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning; serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe mango and avocado for best flavor and texture.
