A quick and healthy low carb snack or meal, perfect for on-the-go or a light lunch.

Ingredients

Wraps and Lettuce

  • 1 piece low carb tortilla wrap or lettuce leaf
  • 1 tablespoon low carb honey mustard or garden veggie cream cheese
  • 2 oz roasted turkey or other meat
  • 1 slice cheese
  • diced tomatoes diced tomatoes
  • lettuce lettuce

Instructions 

  • Place wrap or lettuce leaf on wax paper and spread with honey mustard.
  • Layer turkey, cheese, diced tomatoes, and lettuce on the wrap.
  • Roll up the wrap tightly.
  • Cut in half if desired.
  • Note: Carb count is lower with lettuce instead of tortilla.

Notes

Using lettuce instead of tortilla significantly reduces carbs.
