A flavorful and easy-to-make Korean-inspired dish featuring ground turkey, rice, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
Rice

white rice, dry
Sauce

soy sauce

brown sugar

rice vinegar
Main ingredients

ground turkey

sesame oil

garlic, minced

green onions

gochujang

carrots, shredded

cucumber, thinly sliced
To serve

Instructions
Cook rice in 3 cups water until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar; set aside.
Cook ground turkey in sesame oil until partly cooked, add green onions, then add sauce mixture, garlic, and gochujang; cook until thickened.
Optional: Sauté shredded carrots in sesame oil for 2-3 minutes or serve raw.
Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, carrots, cucumber, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
