Instructions 

  • Mix peanut butter, almond flour, erythritol, and vanilla until a thick dough forms.
  • Shape the mixture into hearts and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip the frozen hearts into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate is set before serving.
