Delicious and easy keto-friendly peanut butter balls coated in chocolate, perfect for a low-carb treat.
Ingredients
Dough

unsweetened peanut butter

salted butter (softened)

vanilla extract

Swerve Confectioners or other powdered sugar substitute

keto-friendly chocolate melting wafers or chocolate chips

refined coconut oil
Instructions
Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and sweetener until combined.
Form into balls using 2 teaspoons each; chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave, stirring until smooth.
Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate, then place back on sheet.
Refrigerate until chocolate sets before serving.
