baking mixture

  • 1 cup flour (King Arthur all-purpose)
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 12 tbsp coconut milk (Thai Kitchen for creamier texture)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1.5 tbsp turbinado sugar

Instructions
